Busted Boards sells funny "days since" signs at bustedboards.com. Busted Boards is a small business based in Utah, USA. By using this site or placing an order, you agree to these terms.

•Pre-orders are paid in full at checkout. Limit 2 per person.

•Every sign is made to order. The ship-by date is on the product page.

•If we can't ship by that date, we'll email you a new date. You can cancel for a full refund.

•You can cancel any time before your order ships for a full refund. Email hello@bustedboards.com.

•We may cancel an order if stock runs out, there's a pricing mistake, or we suspect fraud. If we do, you get a full refund.

•Prices are in US dollars and may change. The price you pay is the price shown at checkout.

•Utah sales tax is added at checkout when it applies.

•Shipping is free. We only ship within the US.

•We email tracking when your order ships.

•Lost package? Email us and we'll work with the carrier to make it right.

•Changed your mind? Return your sign within 30 days of delivery for a refund. It must be in like-new shape, not hung, and in the original box. You pay return shipping.

•Email hello@bustedboards.com first to start a return. We'll send you the return address.

•We refund the full price plus tax within 5 business days after we receive and check the sign.

•Gifts: refunds go back to the person who paid.

•If your sign arrives damaged, email us within 7 days with a photo of the sign and the box. We'll replace it or refund you, and we pay all shipping.

•Counter not working? Try this first:

1.Put in 2 new CR2032 batteries.

2.Check that both batteries face the same way, with the + side matching the marks inside.

3.Still not working? Email hello@bustedboards.com with a short video.

•If the counter or red button stops working within 1 year of delivery, we'll fix it, replace it, or refund you.

•This doesn't cover dead batteries, drops, water damage, or changes made to the sign.

•The counter runs on 2 coin batteries (CR2032), included.

•For indoor use only.

•Colors may look a little different than on your screen.

•The counter is a simple day counter, not a precise clock.

•Hang the sign securely on a wall stud or with a wall anchor rated for at least 10 lbs. Check that it's secure before letting go.

•Don't hang it over a bed or crib, or anywhere a child could pull it down.

•Warning: contains coin batteries. Keep the sign, batteries, and small parts away from children and pets. Swallowed coin batteries can cause serious injury or death within hours. If you think a battery was swallowed, get medical help right away.

•This is a novelty item, not a toy. For ages 14 and up.

•We're not responsible for injury or damage caused by improper hanging, misuse, or changes made to the sign.

•To the extent the law allows, our total responsibility for any claim about a product is limited to the price you paid for it.

•Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under the law that can't be waived.

•If you pitch an idea on our site, you agree we may use it on a sign, change it, and sell it. We don't pay for ideas or give free signs for them.

•Ideas are reviewed before they appear. We may edit or remove any idea.

•Please don't submit anything hateful or rude, or anything that belongs to someone else.

•All designs, text, and images on this site belong to Busted Boards. Please don't copy or sell them.

•Email hello@bustedboards.com first. We'll work with you to fix it.

•These terms follow Utah law.

•We may update these terms. The date at the top shows the latest version. Orders follow the terms in place when you ordered.
